• food guys is a bulk ingredients supplier and we’ve been coming through for our customers and playing a large role in getting food onto the table across America for over 30 years now. food guys works within all product categories in the food & beverage space on a national and global scale and has experienced immense growth in recent years.
• Summary:
• We are searching for an enthusiastic, customer-centric individual who will be the first point of contact when interested customers/vendors call in to inquire about food guys. An individual who will handle our reputation, client and vendors with the utmost care and attention.
• What you will be doing:
• Full time opportunity! Ideal candidate in Central/Mountain Time!
• Answer phones and email: serve as the point of contact for external inquiries.
• File management: organize, categorize, and maintain digital documents for easy accessibility. Retrieve documents as needed.
• Data entry: input and update information into databases… Maintain accurate and organized records.
• Basic bookkeeping: Assist in basic financial tasks such as maintaining expense records and entering bills.
• Support compliance: Call published phone numbers to confirm banking information, addresses, etc.
• What skills we are looking for:
• Excellent communication abilities, including speaking, writing, and active listening.
• Excellent customer service skills, including a personable and positive attitude.
• Adept at prioritizing, scheduling, and multitasking
• Keen attention to detail
• Required Experience:
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)
• A least one-year of Customer Service or Reception
• Shared email inbox management
Compensation & Benefits:
$36 – 40k/year depending on experience
